Company Complaints Procedure
At Shuttersco Ltd, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. We value your feedback and look forward to using complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve our services.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please share your complaint with us by following the steps below so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Submitting Your Complaint
0You can submit your complaint through any of the following channels. Please include your full name, contact details, order/customer number, and a detailed description of the issue:

Step 2: Acknowledgment of Receipt
Upon receiving your complaint, our support team will acknowledge it in writing (via email or SMS) within 48 working hours. At this stage, a unique tracking number will be assigned to your case.
Step 3: Investigation
Your complaint will be forwarded to the relevant department and investigated fairly and impartially by our specialists. If further information is required, our team will get in touch with you. We aim to complete all investigations within 7 working days from the date of acknowledgment.
Step 4: Final Response and Resolution
Once the investigation is complete, a formal written response will be sent to you. This response will include our findings, the actions taken (or to be taken) to resolve the issue, and the reasons behind our decision.
Step 5: Escalation to Management (If Unsatisfied) If you are not satisfied with the final response or the proposed solution, you may request that your case be reviewed by the senior management of Shuttersco Ltd. Senior management will re-evaluate the case and issue the company's final and definitive decision within 5 working days.
